Rose Falooda - Recipe Book

Rose falooda is an awesome eye stunning quick easy dessert. Only
few ingredients and arrangements are needed for making this Royal Rose Falooda. The layers of rose syrup, basil seeds and falooda sev and ice cream forms the wonderful summer treat.




Ingredients:
  1. Falooda Sev - ¼ cup (or thin vermicelli)

  2. Basil seeds / black cus cus – 1tbsp

  3. Rose syrup- 3 tbsp

  4. Milk- 1 cup

  5. Sweetened condensed milk- 3 tbsp

  6. Ice cream -2 scoop (vanilla or any)

  7. Sliced almond-to decorate


Preparation:



  • Boil milk by adding condensed milk. Switch off the flame and
    add a teaspoon of rose syrup in to it.

  • Allow to cools down and refrigerate for 30 minutes to cool.

  • Boil a cup of water and cook falooda sev for few minutes
    until just cooked.

  • Drain it and run cold water above it.

  • Keep in refrigerate for 20 minutes to cool.

  • Soak basil seeds in water for 15 minutes.

  • Drain it and keep aside all the ingredients nearby to
    assemble falooda.

  • Take two tall glasses and add ½ table spoons of rose syrup
    in it.

  • Above that add a table spoon of basil seeds.

  • Layer it with falooda sev.

  • Again add little basil seeds and falooda sev as a layer
    until it reaches the ¾ th part of glass.

  • Pour the prepared milk above it until top.

  • Add a scoop of ice cream on top and garnish it with sliced
    almonds.

  • Serve soon and enjoy.
