Raw Mango Salad - Recipe Book

Yea..! It’s mango season and all the foodies have lots of
experiments with mango. Here is a mouth watering raw mango salad; it’s nothing
but most of all favorite childhood mix that I just present in a salad combo with
lot more healthy crunches in it..







Ingredients:
  1. Raw mango- 1 big (choose mangoes that are not so sour; just
    about to ripe)

  2. Thinly chopped capsicum-
    (I used yellow and green) - ¼ cup

  3. Thinly chopped carrots- ¼ cup

  4. Thinly chopped cucumber- ¼ cup

  5. Thinly chopped onion-¼ cup

  6. Thinly chopped tomato (discard the inner part) - ¼ cup

  7. Salt-to taste

  8. Chilly powder-1 tsp (increase or decrease as per your spicy
    tolerance)

  9. Coconut oil- 1 tbsp


Preparation:



  • Wash and cut the raw mango in to thin long strips. (Also cut
    all other veggies like this)

  • Sprinkle salt, chilly powder and coconut oil on top.

  • Toss it well and eat !!!
