Phirni Falooda - Recipe Book

 There are so many different versions of falooda like Rosefalooda; Mixed Falooda, Mango Falooda, etc. But here is another simple yet
awesome falooda variety.  It’s nothing
but phirni falooda.  Phirni falooda is an
awesome combination of phirni dessert with the falooda ingredients.  The fusion of two yummy results a superb dessert.
Here the falooda sevs are served over the bed of phirni.

Ingredients:
  1. Phirni – 1 cup (chilled)

  2. Falooda sev- 1/4 cup 

  3. Jelly powders-1 tbsp (of any three different colors)

  4. Basil seeds / sabja seeds - 2 tsp

  5. Vanilla ice cream- 2 scoop

  6. Sliced nuts- to garnish

Preparation:
  • Cook falood sev in boiled water or until just cooked.

  • Drain it well and keep aside.

  • Soak basil seeds in water for 10 minute; drain it it and keep aside.

  • Take three bowls with 1/4 cup of hot water in it.

  • Add three different colors of jelly powder in each of them.

  • Divide the falooda sev in to three parts and soak it in three of these bowls for 20 minutes or until colored.

  • Drain it again and keep them aside separately.

  • Now take two tall glasses; carefully add a tablespoon of basil seeds in each glass.

  • Above That add any one color of falooda sev.

  • Then add two tablespoons of phirni in each glass.

  • Again top it with another color of falooda sev; followed by two table spoons of phirni; 1 tablespoon of basil seeds; third color of falooda sev and two table spoons of phirni.

  • Lastly top it with a scoop of ice cream and garnish on top with mixed nuts.
