As the name implies; its just melt in our mouth. It’s of
course one of the most crumbly, buttery and delicious cookies ever. So simple
to make and bake. Everyone must try these lovely cookies. But one thing you
need to take care is; Bakery recipes need an absolute measurement to get the
finest product; so any little variance in measuring the ingredients makes a
large difference.


Ingredients:
  1. Butter-50 gm

  2. Powdered Sugar- 60 gm

  3. Vanilla essence- ¼ tsp

  4. Egg- half of an egg

  5. Milk-1 tbsp

  6. Flour (maida)-  100 gm

  7. Corn flakes- 25 gm (1 small packet)

Preparation:
  • Grease the large baking tray with butter and dust with flour
    (or line it with a parchment paper).

  • In a wide plate; add corn flakes and crush it hands to make
    small crunches.

  • In a large bowl add butter and powdered sugar; Mix well
    until creamy.

  • Add vanilla essence and half of an egg little by little by
    mixing well.

  • Add milk and mix well.

  • Add flour in to it and mix well until fully incorporated and
    become a sticky yet creamy textured dough..

  • Add little flour in a wide plate and put your hands in
    it.(grease your hands with flour; then only you can able to take the dough; otherwise
    it will stick in your hand).

  • Take small ball size dough and put it in the corn flakes
    mixture to coat evenly.

  • Do not press the dough with your hand; it is in ball shape
    when you put it in the baking tray and after baking; will flatten itself.

  • Put it in the baking tray and make all other balls in this
    way. Don’t forget to  grease your hands
    with flour before taking each balls.

  • Keep some distance between each cookie; as they double its
    size after baking.

  • Put it in the pre-heated oven (180 c) for 15 minutes.

  • Allow to cool completely and serve the yummy cookies…J
