Layered Fruit Cocktail - Recipe Book

Fruit cocktail is a delicious combo of mixed fruits. Choose
your favorite fruits for making cocktail and decorate it with fruit pieces on
sides. Here is the recipe of my simple layered fruit cocktail and everyone do
try this summer cooler.


Servings: Two tall glasses



Ingredients for the bottom layer:



  1. Avocado-1 medium

  2. Milk- 2 tbsp

  3. Sugar-1 tbsp

  4. Kiwi- 4 pieces

  • Blend avocado with milk and sugar until creamy.

  • Add in to two glasses slowly and carefully without touching
    any sides of the glass.

  • Take a piece of kiwi and press it through the side of glass
    to touch the bottom and immersed in avocado. This way put another piece of kiwi
    in the other side also.

  • Put the glasses in fridge until the next layer gets ready.


Ingredients for the middle layer:



  1. Mango- one medium

  2. Pear-1

  3. Sugar-1 tbsp

  4. Strawberry slices-12 nos

  • Blend everything well without adding any water.

  • Carefully top it on the avocado layer of each glasses until
    it reaches the ¾ th level of glass.

  • Press strawberry slices through the sides of the glass
    carefully and evenly.

  • Refrigerate until the top gets ready.


Ingredients for the top layer:



  1. Strawberry chopped- ¼ cup

  2. Ice cube crushed-1

  3. Pomegranate seeds- ¼ cup

  4. Sugar- 1 tbsp

  5. Mixed nuts crushed (or powdered)-  ¼ cup

  • Blend strawberry, ice cube, sugar and pomegranate seeds in a
    blender without adding any water.

  • Now take the glass from refrigerator and add 1 ½ tbsp of
    mixed nuts crushed on top of it evenly.

  • Above that add slowly pour the strawberry puree mix.

  • Garnish on top with chopped nuts and serve soon.
