Chocolate Chip Cookies - Recipe Book

 Chocolate chip cookies are definitely one of the favorite cookies
for most of all. The crisp edges with chewy center chocolaty cookies are so
easy to make at home within few minutes. Do a try; and enjoy the
wonderful bite!!!

Ingredients:
  1. Butter softened (room temp)- 150gm

  2. Powdered sugar-1 cup

  3. Egg-1

  4. Plain flour- 1 ¾ cup  (less 1 tbsp from this)

  5. Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp

  6. Mini Chocolate chips- 1cup

  7. Vanilla extract-1 tsp

Preparation:
  • Pre-heat the oven in to 180 degree and line two baking trays
    with butter paper.

  • In a bowl mix powdered sugar and butter until well creamy.

  • Add vanilla essence; mix well.

  • Add an egg and mix well until combined.

  • Add flour in to it by two additions and mix until well
    combined (don’t mix too much)

  • Add ¾ cup of chocolate chip in to it; give a good mix.

  • Make a smooth dough out of it and take small dough balls in
    and just flatten it to a cookie shape (don’t flatten it too much; it doubles
    the size after baking).

  • Arrange it on the lined baking tray.

  • Decorate on top with the remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chip
    cookies (gently press the cookies on top)

  • Bake it for 15 minutes or until golden and cooked.

  • Allow cools down completely and store it in an air tight
    container up to one week.




Note: Take plain flour 1 13/4 cup and remove 1 tbsp from
that and instead of that add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder.
