Chicken Malai Kabab - Recipe Book

Chicken malai kabab is a delicious creamy tender kabab. It’s
served as a starter or appetizer along with some green chutney or any other
dip. Boneless chicken pieces are marinated with cream and spices and then
grilled till they are juicy and tender. As the chicken pieces are marinated over
night; it results a soft and succulent kabab. You can add any additional herb
mix or spices according to your choice.





Ingredients for marination:
  1. Chicken small cubed pieces- 300 gm (boneless; skin less)

  2. Ginger garlic paste- ¾ tsp

  3. Salt-to taste

  4. Fresh cream- 1 ½ tbsp

  5. Cheese-1 tbsp

  6. Green chilly paste- ½ tsp

  7. Pepper powder-1 tsp

  8. Garam masala powder- 1 tsp

  9. Coriander leaves chopped thicly-1 tbsp

  10. Lemon juice- 1 ½ tsp

  11. Butter-1 tbsp


Other ingredients:



  1. Butter-for brushing

  2. Bamboo skewers- 3 or 4


Preparation:



  • Marinate chicken pieces well with all other ingredients.

  • Refrigerate it for at least four hours or a  whole night.

  • Soak bamboo skewers in warm water for 30 minutes.

  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces on the skewers without touching
    each one (there should be some distance between each pieces; otherwise the
    inner sides didn’t cooked well.).

  • Grill it on a pre-heated oven for about 45-50 minutes or
    until cooked nicely and the top get the burnt effect.

  • Brush butter on top at every 15 minutes of interval and turn to the other sides on each intervals.

  • Serve hot with some coriander chutney.
