Chicken Loaf Cake - Recipe Book

 Here is an easy savory chicken loaf cake with little spicy,
tangy and yum !!!

Ingredients:
  1. Boneless chicken- ½ kg (or minced)

  2. Onion thinly chopped-1

  3. Ginger garlic minced-1 tbsp

  4. Green chilly thinly chopped-3 nos

  5. Coriander leaves thinly chopped-3 tbsp

  6. Mint leaves thinly chopped-1 tbsp

  7. Tomato thinly chopped-1 medium

  8. Boiled mashed potato-1 small

  9. Pepper powder-1 tbsp

  10. Salt-to taste

  11. Garam masala powder- ½ tsp

  12. Kasoori methi- 1tsp (or use any herb mix)

  13. Oil- 3 tbsp

  14. Bread slices-3 large (or use ¼ cup of bread crumbs)

  15. Egg-2 nos

Preparation:
  • Grind the chicken pieces in a blender to a smooth paste.

  • Take it in to a large mixing bowl.

  • Add all other ingredients from 2 to in to it

  • Powder the bread slices in a blender and add it in to the
    above chicken bowl.

  • Mix well all the ingredients with your hands until well corporate.

  • Add this mixture in to the greased baking loaf pan.

  • Bake it in a pre-heated oven (180 degree) for about 45
    minutes.

  • After cools down; cut in to pieces and enjoy with French fries
    and tomato ketchup.



Note: If u want to make it little crisp on top after cutting the loaf into pieces; grill it for 10 minutes by applying little butter on top of each slice.
